ABOUT
Born in September 2001, August lived in the rural Lehigh Valley in Pennsylvania. At the age of 15, he began his acting career with a community organization known as Players of the Stage (Allentown), performing in shows like 'Peter Pan' and 'Oliver Twist,' among others. He also was a part of the theatre department in high school, performing in the Festival of the Arts and becoming a member of the International Thespian Society. He performed in 'Museum' and 'Tuck Everlasting' before the COVID Pandemic.
After High School, he began work on his Associates in Theatre with Northampton Community College (NCC), where he made his NCC debut in 'Head Over Heels' and having roles in 'Spring Awakening' and 'Xanadu.' He received his Associates in 2022.
August worked in the Philadelphia and New York area , working as a production assistant and assistant director on short films in the surrounding area, making his crew debut on films like "Death Within" (Kerridge), "Kill Du Jour" (Zingone), and "Uptown Girlz" (Young).
Currently, he attends Temple University to continue his education while maintaining a presence in the theatres of the greater Philadelphia area. He works on both sides of theatre and film, as well as working on writing his own pieces and studies directing on the side.
